Finally upgraded from the cheap chinese junk to a Traxxas Rustler VXL. I know about the tracks. I am looking for places to take my son to do some free style bashing. Thanks in advance

if you were closer id dust off my nitro tmaxx and take you to a couple good spots. But id recommend you look for an open construction site away from traffic and water(in case of run aways) and you should have a blast

I have started looking on Google Maps. So far the places I have found the sand is WAY to soft for the gearing and tires I have at this time. I'll keep scouting.

Scouting on google maps is your best bet! how you liking that brushless? are you on NiMh or Lipo's?

LOVE it!! At this time it's fastest enough for me to break stuff so until I learn to control it better I will wait on the Lipos.
