Anyone know how to make a back-up Apex (clone)?

A while back I noticed someone selling a classic apex system that came with two brains, one being a clone of the other. I plan to reach out to that individual, but in the meantime, anyone know how to do this ?

I have two extra spare brains and would love to clone them to my current apex system. My system consists of 8 EB8's and 5 PM1's and I dread having to ever have to reset it up.
