anyone using poly filter and purigen

i just bought these and would like some feedbacks on them...do they work as advertised? im using these on a 125 G with carbon

I use them along with carbon and phosban 24/7.....every little bit helps.......The purigen I will recharge or replace after a few months depending on it's color and the poly gets changed every other month or so depending on it's color also.
