No pic of the anemone, but it's small and very healthy. I'm peeling it up tonight to make sure I don't rip the feet.

Mike, The tank is looking great!!!. Last time I saw it, you were still cooking your rock. How come you are getting rid of the Wellsophyllia? I have the same one in my show tank. I'm looking for another one so I can cut it up. $40 is a good price, but not for me to try cutting it up. If you want to trade something for it, PM me.

Edit: If we hook up trading the Wellsophyllia (tonight or Friday), I'll hold the anemone and bring it to the meeting on Sunday. I have a tank setup where I have only anemones. I promise not to cut it in half

noschwag you are using CV reeflux bulbs right ? if so how are they working out for you ? its amazing how your bed looks like sand in a pic . buy the way my daughter and i voted for your tank at PETCO . warren

I don't know how I feel about the reeflux bulbs, I have nothing to compair them to. The color is great I know that. Next time around I'm going with xm 10ks and actinic.

im running xm10k now with actinic.i was just thinking they might be to bright im still having some color issues with some corals .the growth is awsome im just in a slump right now . your welcom to come over and see the xm s on my tank if you feel the need. as for the tanks at petco there was some nice tanks but yours just poped out at me brighter and cleaner pic by far compared to the others .

I would like to come thru and check it out soon. I'm having color issues too. I only run my lights 4 hrs a day with no supplement.

I need some lesser light throughout the day and a 3 hr blast of metal halide half way through. I'm 100% sure that will do the trick.

My growth is fine. I don't know how long it usually takes SPS to encrust, but one of mine did in a few weeks.

I have the cv reeflux too. Its pinkish white light. Its my first 250 watter so no comparison with this bright of light.
