Anyone with media reactor for sale?

Anything will do, a canister filter, or even hang on filter with a bag of carbon in it is good. I have a DIY 3 chamber carbon reactor made from an old RO/DI unit.
You can put carbon anywhere you can get it in the way of flowing water and it will be effective.

I don't think a reactor would solve that problem. Do you rinse your carbon well before using it? What brand/type of carbon are you using?

I'm using Marineland premium activated carbon. No I don't rinse it before

I used to use that a while back, it has a lot of residue if I don't rinse it well. I recommend using BRS rox carbon, works well and doesn't really have that problem of leaving behind deposits.

You really should rinse your carbon in either ro/di or old tank water (from a water change). The fine particles are really bad for your fish, probably corals too.
