Aqaua Notes

hello got my Aqua notes couple of weeks ago installed on my lap top with no problems
I got my desk top back and installed on my home desk top and it wont connect to my AC3
I did everything the same
also I noticed even though I registed it it still says aqua lite

I can connect through my router to the controller with that computer
what could I be doing wrong?

Did you re-enter your ACiii serial number on the desktop?

Did you shutdown AN on the laptop? You can only connect one at a time to the ACiii.

yes I did both

anyone have any clue? still wont read my controller works fine on my laptop both are configured the same I even shut down my laptop
