Any idea why I can get an email when I use the TEST button inside Aquanotes, but when I set up a real alarm situation I don't get any message? The DC8 shows an alarm, but I can't get it to email me?

Did you set the alarm timer name to the ALM (or whatever timer name you used)?

Did you enable alarms in the database tank configuration screen?

OK, I got that one working too. I remembered that there was a 60 minute delay in the program for sending a second email. So if you are trying to test your sensors etc. it will only send the first email no matter how many times you trigger the alarm. I temporally changed that setting to 1 minute and now it is working as it should. Thanks for the help.
