Aquapod 24 LEDs

When I sold my big tank a few years ago, LEDs were just getting started and I really don't know anything about them and I'm having a hard time determining what I can keep with these lights, but I am finding lots of technical mumbo-jumbo that I don't understand. :lmao:

So, I recently purchased an Aquapod 24 with an LED retrofit. The seller said that there were 3up LEDgroup buy chips and OCW chips - I think there are 5 or 6 total chips with 3 LEDs on each (can check when I get home for sure). How does this compare to other types of lighting and what can I successfully keep with this setup?

I've seen sps growth with the led retrofit, I have an aquapod I'm thinking of setting up but I got halides.

I don't know how you don't boil it with halides; I can barely keep this thing below 82 with the LEDs! I suppose open-top makes a big difference though.
