Aquarium stand hardware

I have a 120rr tank with a Jack's stands inc stand. It has these nice double adjustable hinges in the stand. I'd like to get new ones as there are all corroded and rusty. Anyone ever seen these or know where I can buy some?

It's a Euro or European type hinge. Might be tricky to match it exactly but, you should be able to do so with careful measurements. You might try Woodcraft or Lee Valley, both of whom sell cabinet hardware in addition to tools.
