Its not listed in the ingredients; is it just the "extra" that has Bromide?
Are DOWFlakes 77-80% Br free?

It is not an ingredient in calcium chlorides of various sorts, it is just present as a natural impurity from the source material, so isn't listed. So yes, it is there unless it is a very old batch.
That said, it is also likely fine to use, as long as you do ordinary water changes.
