Considering ordering the 36" 6 bulb tek light from brs. Are the good fixtures? This will be for my new 50 gal tank. Primarily softies/Lps but a few sps. It doesn't come with bulbs. What do you guys think of this fixture? Will it be good or should I look at something else?
Have that exact fixture, on your exact tank and love it. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure and use the acrylic shield. The only reason I've had problems with mine after 6 years is that salt spray got up in the fixture.
