Are these diatoms should i be worried?

Started getting a bunch of orange algae after i did a water change. Should i do something about it?

Doesn’t look stringy so I’m thinking diatoms as well. I wouldn’t necessarily be worried but some snails wouldn’t hurt anything to help things along
 
No problem! The most popular snails will be nassarius for the sand bed and Astrea or trochus for rock/walls. I use reefcleaners regularly but you should be able to find these at your LFS as well
 
I would be doing small water changes and siphoning some of it off with each water change. It looks like you set your system up with just dry rock, if so I'd try to find some pieces of maricultured or wild live rock to introduce cryptic sponges and beneficial microbial stuff that can't be cultuired and stuck in a bottle (FWIW <2% of the microbial stuff can be cultured and stuck in a bottle).
