Are these eggs in my clown?

Here is the thread with the pictures.
After taking a closer look it seems that she has a mass of eggs trapped inside that are pushing through her underside. Should I try and remove them? Some are exposed but most of them are still inside. Please help!

Mine never had eggs that looked like they were explodong from the belly...doesn't look like eggs to me.
