are these pyramid snails

I lost my crocea clam tonight, and found one of these on its shell. The crocea had withered into its shell, and had a large hole underneath. I took out my derasa clam and found several-one near the mantle, and a few underneath by its foot. The derasa is very healthy.

thats what they look like. if you found them on the clams then i would say thats what they are

Looks like you need a wrasse! I have not seen Pyr-snails in years!

Nasty buggers!! I'd keep a look out, especially at night, for any more on your Derasa. Sorry about your loss.
