ATI Blue plus vs ReefBrite actinics

Hello, my nutrients are low and my SPS are sensitive to getting pale under too much PAR . I use 250W Phoenix MH's over my 180, I also have ATI blue plus and Reefbrite actinics (450nm) along each side. Not in use ATM. I want to try for more color , I know either the ATI's or RB's can help. But I need to do wise choices on which on with which and for how long. Anyone have any PAR measurements of either the ATI's or RB's? I would try the less PAR on for a few hours per day along with my MH's.

Have you considered replacing the Blue + bulbs with Actinics? That would give you the pop in color that you want coupled with lower par levels that you’re looking for.

Not a bad idea. The only thing is, while those are lower in PAR, I think they may be higher in PUR. Which would not be a clear solution. I'm actually thinking the Reef brites may have less intensity than the ATI's. I might just try those on and see the direction the corals go in.
