Man now that's the type of aussie acan I want I see too many stores banking off the whole "Aussie" craze, and having rather "plain" looking acans, granted the colors are vibrant, but at $100 a polyp I want my pants to fall off nice.

Your look a little bleached or maybe just washed out.

I am using a rebel xt with a canon 100mm 2.8 macro lens.

Nope not bleached or washed out bright hot pink like yours when the lights turn on. In the pic it's like sucked in. When the MH comes on they are fluffy like yours. I'll get a better pic of it later and post. Going to move it closer to the glass so i can get a better pic.
