Average lifespan of a Ocellaris Clownfish?

My Cousin has a clown fish as old as me. He got it when I was born as a present from my dad because he was no longer the youngest in the family XD

In the wild 28 years is the longest documented age. (fish can be aged by their ear bones.) Iv'e had a Maroon reach 20 years and currently have a wild caught percula purchased in 1995 in one of my systems.

I have a mated pair of tank bred ocellaris (Harold and Maude) that I put in my 90G in February 2001. I shut that tank down and moved them when I upgraded to a 150G in Nov 2011 which is still going. So they are over 18 years old now. The neighbor kids that babysat the "nemos" when were out of town have graduated college and still come by and see them when they are in town.

Mine are coming up on 11 years and their parents from monfort aquriums in cinci oh were over 20 when I bought them. I always meant to call back and see if they are still alive or when they died..
