Baby clam pics.

One more!

Yes, I have four clams in a 30 gal but only until they get bigger. I will be moving this one soon as it is now over 4". I keep the smaller ones in there to keep feeding easy. I also have them on the sand bed (some attached to shells) to keep them easy to move. Anyway, here is the other one.

They probably look alot better from the top. But, since I have a DIY canopy on it I just took the pics from the front. I am also just trying out my new camera. My last one took a bath last time I tried to take pics from the top. Just an FYI, I am currently running a 175 Mh 10k and two 96w PC actinics on this tank. Seems to work great but I may go with two 175 MH 10k and one 96w Pc actinic. Any opinions? Just keep the heat factor in mind. Thanks!!!

Nice clams. Makes me want, seeing your pictures, one of the blue T. max with the goldish band now.

Thanks!

Thanks!

Thanks guys!

K. Lee,
Thanks that one is my favorite too. But, it also belongs ot my six-year-old daughter. She bought it with her birthday money and is very proud of it.:D

I will try to get some pics of my others. But, they are all squamosas and all kinda look the same.

Also the crocea may be for sale or trade. I am going to try to make some room in my tanks. I also am looking for some small hippopus clams.

Thanks!
Craig

A little bit better pic of the crocea. Without actinics and just a 10k 175w MH. Still taken through the glass. Will trade for smaller clam and am looking for hippopus.
