Backordered items

Yesterday, I (and my sister) placed an order for several of the anthias you have on special, a trumpet coral, and a handful of items from the Divers Den.

Once again, the order experience has been top notch and I (we) are very happy supporters of Liveaquaria.com.

I have only one minor complaint. While we did receive the male anthias, all the female anthias (along with the trumpet coral) were backordered. The only reason I have a minor complaint about this is that the website yesterday and still today show the females anthias as in stock.

I have no issue about the items being backordered, its just disappointing when the the website says they are in stock but are not.

We look forward to receiving the items once they are in stock and also look forward to seeing you again at the Coral Conference!

My name is Kelly I am Ryans sister. Just general feedback on the shipment emails for live aquaria, it would be helpful if the emails stated what was included in the shipment rather than just the order number. When I see the order number I assume the whole order shipped and that is not always the case.

Thank you for your suggestion for our shipment confirmation emails. At this time, our shipment confirmation emails state whether a partial of full shipment has been sent. We would encourage any of our customers to contact us if they have questions about what was included in their shipment. We are continuously looking for ways to better our service and have passed this along to management for review
