The guy at home depot said that wouldnt work because the rock isn't going to turn to dust as its cut and it will jam the machine, he told us to use a paver cutting machine but that is going to be to strong I think were trying to cut the Marco pukani rock so it's very fragile. I've heard of people using the Dfs-100 which is a band saw I believe. At this point I'm willing to try anything !! Or pay someone to do it for me
a tile saw works fine , it dosent turn into dust . u can buy a 4 "tile blade for a di grinder or dremel . if u rent one just make sure u clean it good , who knows what the last guy had it for ...

Thanks so much for the offer, I just got off the phone with home depot and found out its only 25 for a tile saw that's a lot better then the 60 they wanted for the paver saw!!
Thanks everyone for your help. Just hope home depots open tomorrow and I'll be on my way to a new rock scape
I was just gonna say the same thing Eric! I went out and bought a $20 saw at Wally world and cut my pavers with it LOL. It was cheaper than renting their saw and buying a $80 blade and it worked awesome. The blade was smoked in the end the saw is finally on it's last legs but hey what do you want for $20?
there are some good idea's that save money. There are some things we do we think about later and glad we survived. Sometimes being cheap is just to much.
