Base Rock

Just curious how long it takes for base rock to "darken up"? I have probably 80 lbs of base rock seeded with 15 lbs of live rock. It has been up and running for prob 2 months. Coralline is starting to spread to the base rock. Just getting tired of it being white rock :fun2:

mine took several months, i also used lots of purple up to speed up the coraline growth.

mine took about a year. make sure your calcium levels are good. i did have a couple peices of established rock also.

mine keep them 5 months now~~~~still work on it.
