Best 6 bulb, 48", T5 deal today?

Hey, does anyone know what would be the cheapest 48", 6 Bulbs, T5 system now?
Just looking to get something inexpensive to put over the tank out of the house...

Ive seen those, but they don't have splash guard.

I have considered one of these units myself. A guy nearby me just started using them on his massive aquaculture farm tanks (trying them over a few bodies of water first)

Are these units worth using? I assume all the components individually are worse than ATI but has anyone used one and tested? It's a pretty big savings.

ATI is the very best fixture there is. Also Giesemann fixtures are great. they are the best!
