Best Adhesive for Attaching PVC Fittings to Acrylic????

seems like this one is the best choice :

Weld-On #1802 Multi-plastic Glue

Medium-setting, light-bodied cement for bonding acrylic, styrene, rigid PVC, ABS and butyrate to themselves and each other.

Has anyone had any experience with the results of a bond made using this glue and 2 dissimilar pieces ? (IE: PVC and acrylic)

actualy the best would be the 4052. I've tried the 1802 and it worked okay but did not realy fuse the two more like just glued them. The 4052 from the plastic shop they said it would fuse both of the together.

I have used the 16 and it worked great for me. I glued a piece of acrylic on the end of a piece of PVC and I could not get it to come apart.

Same here, I used Weldon #16. I have never used the 4052. Weldon #16 is a little thick but still sort of runny. It will also fill gaps; I know it does dry quickly too.

If i remember correctly Weldon #16 has pieces of acrylic melted into it, to give it the ability to better fill in gaps, etc. Luckily i have some left from a previous project, I plan to use it to attach PVC to acrylic either this weekend or next for a project.. so we will see :)
