Best "Blue" Reef Fish

I am looking to add a Blue fish to my tank and was wondering what other people thought. The regal and powder blue tangs are nice but it doesn't have to be a tang. Thanks for the suggestions.

There are several blue Fairy wrasses. I especially like the Scotts Fairy. Plus they will be a much better fit in a 54 corner, than a Tang.

yellow tailed damsels are really nice blue color I have one and he is the most friendly damsel I have ever had and one of the best looking.

I love the little blue damsels of the genus Chrysiptera, especially the parasema, hemicyanea, and springeri. They stay small, are very mellow for damsels, are very hardy and can be kept in pairs or groups, they are inexpensive and that electric blue color is unbelievable. Just about the perfect reef fish IMO.

I'm a big fan of my blue devil. I saved him from my friends toilet. My buddy is an idiot.. So I saved him and created a small tank of critters around him. I've got him in a 45 SPS dominated cube with a sunrise chromis, black velvet damsel, 3 green chromis, and a solomon islands clarkii clown. They are all small fish (less than 2 inches each) and getting along with minimal squabbling.

May I also suggest blue assessors. They are great little blue fish that would fit perfectly into your smaller corner tank.

Your tank is a little small for this, but nobody has mentioned a watanabei angel. Beautiful, docile, and reef-safe. I just put my pair in my tank tonight and they're by far my favorate fish! Just check out some pics--you may want to go buy a bigger aquarium!

forgot to mention ORA's Indigo Dottyback (stupid, since I have one). The most iridescent shade of blue you could ever hope for- and in a small fish too.

Hormigaquatica, how is the temperament / behavior / aggressiveness of your Indigo? Looks like a stunning fish, and being captive bred, I assume it will behave itself?

its not too bad. both parent species are relativly docile, and although it definitely has a bit of that pseudochromis pushiness, but its not as bad as say a wild caught aldabrensis. It does harass my firefish once in a while, but pretty much just a chase, Ive never seen bite marks or anything. really cool fish overall.
