best lfs in st. louis

I live in western ky and my wife and I are taking a weekend trip to st. louis this weekend,
what are the best lfs there?

I would say Marine Solutions, Beldt's, Clayton Pet Emporium, and Gateway Aquatics on the MO side and possibly Aquatic Treasures on the IL side. Addresses for the above are in a sticky on the top of the forum. Hope you have a nice trip!

See the thread at the top of the forum. Every store has it's strong points it depends on what you're looking for and also what is in stock at the time of your trip. I've been to each store on a bad day and each store on a perfect day.

FWIW the "best" store threads tend to get a little heated :lol:

If there is a travel route or area that you are planning on being while here we could probably come up with a few good ones that are as close as possible for the least amount of driving out of the way.

Know that CPE is a small place that is easy to drive right by, and the parking around it is not all that great. There is more public parking around the corner just to the east of the store. The other ones have parking lots.

I like Marine solutions for all around stuff in stock.

I like Marie Solutions as well its right off of Highway 70 so getting in and out would be quick not counting the time you spend at the store .

I too think Marine Solutions should be on your list of places to visit.

All of the mentioned stores are well worth the visit.
