best paint for inside the tank?

is there any "reef safe" paint i can use inside the tank? i was thinking about painting my return lines inside the tank to kinda hide the white pvc. i woudl think the only problem would be to prevent chipping, so the fish won't eat it? or are the "leeching" problems even larger?

i had white already and it did cover in coraline, but even with the corraline, i can see the while through it. and woudl like to try out painting the pvc black. what do you guys think?

I have black pvc paint I can sell you. You can paint pvc and throw it in water and safely drink the water.

ESQ, how do you apply the one you have? is it brush on? or spray? what kinda prep do you need to do?

weird question... but how are aerosols powered these days?

There is an activator and then a paint. Both need to be brushed on.

only prep that I can see is normal paint prep, sich as making sure the surfaces are clean.

you don't need to paint it, they will all turn purple with coralline anyways.

well, to my experience, the coraline doesn't cover all the way? i think i want to start with a black base?

i feel as though even though my coraline is fast growing... it would take over a year? i guess i want to make my pipe invisiable now? i guess that is alittle impatient... especially on the bottoms of the pipes... i guess since my background is black i want to blend in the pipes also...

but that is why i am here asking about paint solutions!

i would not paint it, just use the grey pvc inside your tank.

you can find them at lowes, i think.

many people have used krylon fusion including myself with no ill effects, i have not heard of anyone having problems with it. Just make sure that you let it cure for at least 24hrs.

Is it too difficult to switch out your pvc with some grey ones? Don't they come in black?

i thikn the black ones are different material? atleast the the lowes and homedepot i was at... the smallest was 1.5" i am using 1" to route my tubing inside the tank...
