I personally love the Hannah Phosphate kit. I have heard nothing but good things. It's very simple to use and gives a number reading. No color comparisons or anything. The initial kit is pricey, but the additional testing reagents are cheap. Definitely worth it imo.
The Hach kit has been tested, and is accurate enough for our purposes. We don't know yet how accurate the Hanna instruments are, but they are convenient.
Some of the Hanna meters seem to do well. Others are more inconclusive. If I were buying kits, I'd likely try one, but I'd probably double-check it for a while.
