best place to get dry sand?

I am putting a hoevens wrasse in my DT in about a month, it is currently in my QT with a small container of sand to sleep in.
I will have to add more sand for him in my DT, where is the best place to get dry sand?

I will have to put a 2" sandbed in my tank, currrently my tank only has .5" of sand if that.
