Actually, I would be asking who has the best looking live rock on the East Coast. UPS Ground costs do not go up much with distance, however, you do want to minimize the time in transit. Unless you have experience growing the things you want on your live rocks, I would recommend finding a source of rock that's already encrusted with the stuff you want growing in your tank. As someone actively involved in mariculture, I can tell you that the pretty, encrusting organisms can be demanding and temperamental and the expense I have gone through in trying out equipment and additives to get an environment where these things are actively propagating was far more expensive than just buying premium live rock. If you are on a strict budget, I certainly understand, but just thought I would offer some experience. :thumbsup:
