Hello everyone! I am new to the site and will possibly be attending the next meeting for the club ^^. I have taken up the hobby of Betta, or siamese fighting fish. Though I am young, I have been researching on breeding and care for months now. I went out and bought a bunch of books, bookmarked online pages, and bought over $100 worth of Betta supplies, lol. I have everything that the books and pages have called for. My spawning tank is a decent size too. It's about..10 gallons. I even have a reputable store to buy from me!! I went and talked to the people over at The Fish Place and they told me any colorful, 1 inch+ Bettas they will buy from me. I feel better now knowing I have someone to take them. I even have a couple "reserved" homes for non-quality Bettas. I only have one question now though. When should I breed them? I just got my two females this past Friday and they are doing great. If anyone can let me know, that would be great ^^
