Bio pellets and skimmer

I'll be upgrading/replacing my Eshopps PSK-100 skimmer with a new SRO 1000-INT next week. Currently I have the output of my Bio pellet reactor directly attached, via a tee, to the input of my PSK-100. What does everyone who uses bio pellets think about this practice? Should I continue it with my new skimmer or is just putting the output of the reactor *near* the skimmer input good enough?

Thanks!

Do it directly if you can.

Do you guys that hook it right to your skimmer think any bacteria is getting into the tank to feed the corals? I'm thinking of setting up one of these reactors but I'd like it to be a food source for my sps as well.

Skimmers aren't 100% at removing everything on the first pass, so I would have to say some would make it back to the tank. Although, I wouldn't rely on this as a food source.
