Biocube 29 setup help

Hi all,

I'm just about to setup my Biocube 29. I was wondering how I can access the middle back compartment to remove the bioballs? I can't seem to open it at all... I'm not sure if there are bioballs there or if they're packaged or anything.

Any help?

The lid should just come off the top of the tank. Mine does anyway. The bio balls were not packaged the were loose. I carefully turned the tank upside down to get them all.

I ditched the bio balls and used chemi pure and phosphate remove in chamber two.
