Black Ich?

I'll have to post a picture as soon as I can, but surfing the internet, I believe I've managed to diagnose my tang with black ich. Basically, there are small, black specks on his body. It wasn't anything really obvious, and I had to do a double take, but there's definitely something on his skin. He doesn't seem to be scratching himself against the rockwork or displaying any other strange behavior, but I put him in QT last night until I could figure out what it was.

Now, until I can get pictures on the site to help with my diagnosis, I thought I'd get some advice on treatment assuming I'm seeing what I think I'm seeing. What I've been reading has said to use either freshwater or formalin dip, and most of them say to do both. Has anyone had any experience with this? This is actually the first time I've ever heard of black ich.

Thanks, that definitely looks like what he has. Hopefully I don't have thousands of those parasites running around my main tank already. One of the articles I read suggested a product called "Revive" to treat the tank against the flatworms that caused the infection. Has anyone heard of this product and know that it is indeed reef safe?
