blastos question

i'm trying to find out more information on blastos. Our's has several heads but 2 are dead, we're trying to find out more about how they grow and spread, will they grow onto other rocks if placed next to it or do they grow new skeletons with new heads? We're having a hard time finding out more information so any info would be great. Even a link with helpful info would help.

Never had seen such information in my search for blasomussa keeping - I have the branching one, blasto Merletti.

Several heads were dead, but now, half year later, it looks like nice round ball. I can't say, were heads re-grown onto the dead skeleton or a coral had grown new skeleton with flesh on it - just can't see from outside.

They will grow new polyps at the base. Feed them a lot and you'll see how quickly they can grow.
