Blister Favia

My Favia coral has a 1 inch "blister" on the side of one polyp. It has developed in one day. Is this common, or harmful? Any suggestions what I should do?

It's already gone since yesterday... So I cannot take a picture anymore :S If it happens again, I will post a pic. For now the problem is "solved"...
