blown outlet?

Curt, I got 4 new 400W MH (IceCap) and have them plugged into DC4HDs (one 400W plug / DC4HD).
seems like one of the outlets have blown as nothing i plug into it gets any power (used my fan to test it). The other 3 outlets on the same DC4HD work fine, only that one is dead. Also when i program it to be on/off via the ACjr, i hear the click at it switches.

What could it be, and how could i fix it? i assume if the fuse blew that the entire DC4HD would be dead. and the ballasts are rated at 3.5A so it should not have overloaded it.

could one outlet burn out by itself? and i would suspect that the icecap should be fine on it (as you advertise it on your site).

lastly, i need those outlets to run stuff on my tank, and would not be able to give up the other three as well. Is it possible to send the replacement and I can send you back this one in that same box when it arrives to avoid a lapse? i would obviously give you my credit card # in the meanwhile.

for the record, my replacement has been shipped (less than 24hrs since my post).

That i believe defines customer service, which is important when it comes to this hobby. the reliability of a company is paramount.
