i was wondering if you can keep "true" blue ridge (not elk horn) under t5 lighting. i know they need bright but just how bright?

depending on how much lighting you have over the tank, number of blubs that is, you shouldnt have any problems.

Heliopora coerulea will live under quite low light. VHO's, T-5's, and PC's are all sufficient to maintain this coral. It will grow slowly under less light. It also likes high flow.

Agree with Kevin, mine seems to do well at a wide range of light levels [and seems to polyp most when in good flow].

flow imo is more important than lighting for them
