blue ronged octopus

would a blue ring be ok living in a 20" x 14" x 16" aquarium?

it has a fluval 403 cannister with alot of LR and 5" of substrate.

i have just converted it to a predator tank and i can get blue rings at the local beachs around my house and it has the added bonus of not needing heating.

can anyone give me any info on what these critters need and a bit about thems so i can set it all up properly?

The blue-ring octopus' diminutive size is deceptive they've got all the killing power of a Great White. There is no anti-toxin! It's your tank and your money, but I would reconsider this purchase especially if you've got curious little ones running around.
