Blue Spotted Stingray in reef tank?

Okay guys I am at it again. I just saw one of the most beautiful animals ever and I need opinions. I currently have a 120 tank that has a few zooanthids and such but not anything real large. Also in the tank is a handful of fish.

My question to everyone, would the stingray possible work in the reef tank? I have asked a couple people and got both a yes and no answer. So now I come to the experts!!!

I don't know about the corals (or the tanksize) but it should have a large amount of free sandbed without any rock.

It would work in a reef tank just those are one of the most difficult rays to keep and need HUGE tanks. I would pass.
