Blue tip slimer

Picked up a frag of this last summer. Never made it to my display but has grown into this nice colony in my frag tank. Looks like it will rival the growth of my green slimer. Time to move it to the display. Anyone out there have it growing?

I have this, its growing fast now that it has settled in and is fast becoming one of my favourites... the blue tips are about 15mm long and make a good contrast against the green. No idea on the name

I have one exactly like in the pic. Very fast grower, already took two huge frags off it from the original one that I bought.
 
Howdy Gills, I'm battling with cyno in my nursery set-up...so a bit woefull of cutting up the corals, although I'm running outa space in my DT.....in some area of the glass I can't get my magcleaner thru to clean the glass with out breaking up the ends of the corals.

need to get my second system online pronto...

When you think that beast will be up and running... cant wait to see it!
 
there's mine in the middle with the other lot, although like I said I had to cut off the front and back "heads" as it grows too fast, quickly overshadowing its neighbours.

Wow. Nice photo. Wish my green slimer had blue tips. Makes me want one. Hopefully somebody will know what these are called.
 
I have this in two spots in my 175, colors are there like yours, but nowhere as big........yet.......I have a large brown/blue tipped stag that grows faster than gsp and an all green slimer so I'm hoping the contrast is there.:thumbsup:
 
I have the same coral. Mine is not as green as the classic green slimer. It is a little darker green, but the blue tips make it awesome. Very fast grower.
 
I have one as well and as others have said it is a bit darker than a normal slimer. My normal slimer is a lighter green but the blue tips do make it stand out.
