Blue Tort growth pics

I have had this tort for a year and a half. Here are Before and After pics.
It is a VERY, VERY, SLOW grower.

With the greenish base - I don't think it is Oregon - probably ORA or Cali tort.

That is what I always thought. I came from Waves in Portland.

I switched from a 10k to a 15k a month ago, and it has really colored up. The blue is becoming real intense.

Yup thats an Oregon.. I have one the size of the first pic, I can't get it go grow after 5 months. Hopefully it will kick in soon.

This one too forever to get started. It has been growing a little faster recently.


lunkerbunker - I am using the 15k XM. I bought it the day they came out, and before the PAR was tested. I love the color, but want a better PAR bulb.

I heard through the grapevine that Usiho is coming out with a 15k in the next few months. It's in testing now. It could be promising.

Very nice tort. But man that is slow growth.

I've been keeping monthly tabs on my oregon torts growth. Just a little nub but finally getting some good growth.
