Bluespotted Jawfish

Rods-reef occasionaly has them in. He can order one for you as well last time I checked with him.
 
Chicago Reptile had one in 3 weeks ago. Really awesome looking fish. They were asking $99. Im postative they can order one for you, just go in and ask them or give them a call.
 
You like this fish? make sure your tank is covered. Otherwise you will find a 100$ on the floor.:mad:
 
If they arent happy, they will try to jump to the tide pool next door. Little do they know that that tide pool is dry. They need a deep substrate of varying sizes and lotsa rubble. Fwiw, I dont cover my tanks and my pearly is still there. IME the blue spot settles in faster/better than a pearly. Once they settle in, the risk of jumping is much less than it is the first day or 2.
 
that's why Rod rocks...where else would you get that level of advice...he has "gently persuaded" me (my son) against a Jawfish now for the past several weeks...for the reason he listed above...if not happy they will jump to the next tide pool-which would be the floor...thanks Rod!
 
The one Rod has in his tank (if it is the main display) is a pearly head or sometimes reffered as the yellow head jawfish. I too have one in my tank. Awesome fish.
 
going to Advanced Aquatics Tommorrow. Thats $20 less than I can get it online. SWEET:strooper: :rollface: :eek1: :cool: :rolleyes: :p :) :D
 
ha Deep Reef has a couple for $160 each. Seriously though that fish is not even that great...at least not for that price.
