Bristle worm food

Can mantis be fed bristle worms? Just caught a couple in my reef and instead of throwing them away I thought about just feeding them to my little guy.

I've taken a few out of my reef that I thought were getting too large and have given them to our O.S. I think she snapped it in 5 pieces before eating it. I guess the spines aren't an issue.

For the most part I just let them do their detrivore job. The ones I throw in the mantis tank now are in hopes that they'll populate. Sometimes our mantis will just slime up a piece of food and discard it, and it would be nice to have more bristles in there to take care of wasted food.

Are you really in the Adult biz Jedimpt???

Thanks for the info. I'll see if my mantis will enjoy the variety.
