Brown hair algae

What is the best way to get rid of brown hair algae? It is a new tank set up for 2-3 months has carbon geo reactors bio pellets octo 150 skimmer and a sponge to strap large particles.it just started and is on my rocks.

My Mexican turbos make short work of the stuff, there one day and gone the next. Corals and rocks must be secure though, they can be bulldozers and knock stuff over.

I just bought 5 small and a jumbo turbo hopefully they will nip it in the but i tested the phosphate level and it was .25
