browning of Montipora

Hi,

I'm wondering if too much lighting could be turning my purple flowered montipora brownish but not killing it?

What can cause browning of corals including lps?

have you tested your parameters lately. I have heard high phosphates cause browning..something might be off in your parameters

In my experience too much light won't cause corals to brown out. How are you testing for phosphates?
