Is the High Capacity worth it?

Depends on how you use it. It is advertised as being about twice as effective. I don't know if that's true or not because I haven't done an experimental comparison, but I do use it extensively and believe it does have more capacity. The real benefit for me is it is much harder: you can tumble it fairly aggressively without creating dust and it handles regeneration very well. I have about eight cartridges of HC that have been regenerated more than a half dozen times.
