Dear All,

I was wondering that my water parameter is normal : alk (11dkh), ca (440 ppm), no3 (0), Po4 (0.07 ppm), Mg (1440 ppm), ph (8.17), lights ok but why my bubbles is not so much opening?

Anyone can help me know what else I miss here?

Too much flow? I know my bubble was the same until I moved it to a lower flow corner of the tank. Pics aren't working btw

Thanks for reply , My Vortech is running only about 40% and not directly pointed to the corals so I think flow should not be an issue.

Do you have any filter floss? Or possibly run some carbon, because it sounds like something in the water may be bothering it

Sorry, what is filter floss? Any photos ? I am not running any GFO. Only I dose some sugar as carbon source.... Is this what you mean?

In order to get my bubble coral to open much it had to be in almost no flow and in a shaded part of the tank. I also target fed it at night.

Dear all,

My bubbles coral open up now after I turn off one of the pump in my DT, conclussion, low flow is the culprit.

Thanks
