What is AKL (dkl) and Calcium support to be in effluent water?

at saturation the Alk should be in excess of 25 dKH, depending on the reactor design and the media it's normally around 40-50. Ca is an irrelevant number in the effluent and a waste of your test kit to test it.

I read a long time ago to aim for 3x desired system alk.

It's worked for me for years. Obviously, this will depend on your overall effluent rate, but it is an excellent guideline.
