not sure if I spelled that right but in your book you said you used buckets of the stuff for growing coralline. Is there a cheap place to get this. Do you make your own?

Sugar-based calcium is commonly available from some laboratory supply houses. I was always content to buy the bulk container (1/2 gall?) from Sea Chem ("Reef Calcium"). Frankly... I like SeaChem's QC and time-tested reputation. I have never taken a free sample from them either ;) I have just bought a lot of their products over the years because they are reliable :)

thanks for the quik response. And thanks for that great book you produced. I'm not by any means a reader, in fact I hate reading with a passion, but I could not put down your coral propagtion book. You made it pleasant to read and very imformative without getting to technical.

Just one thing I didn't really understand in the book. If you lived in Hawaii why did you move to Pennsylvania. lol just jokin'
