Can anyone tell me what these are

I have quite a few of these small white pods in my tank I removed a few but left the bigger ones to see what might happen with them
Can anyone in lighten me as to what they are

They're just sponges, I wouldn't worry about them.

Yes a sponge: Sycon sp.

Well that's greed thanks I thought it might be some kind of pest
